Description of Acotylean 11 from Newman & Cannon CD:
"Body oval and fleshy. Background color light to dark brown, becoming lighter towards the margin and forming a white marginal band; median stripe orange, stops before the posterior margin. Tentacular eyes in two small round clusters."

"Remarks: Family determination uncertain without examination of reproductive structures."

This Hawaii worm has faint elongate white spots in the median stripe and the tentacular eyes appear farther apart than the worms pictured on the CD.
