"Background colour black with purple-blue marginal band becoming
white and an outer band bright yellow. Pseudotentacles small, square,
slightly ruffled, with white-grey spot in between.... Distribution:
Rare. Papua New Guinea."
Rare in Hawaii;
this is the only known photograph. Similar to Pseudobiceros
periculosus.
