I think it's different. As you note, it lacks the posterior patch. And, it has two orders of white spots on a deep rust background while J has white and orange spots on a translucent-cream background. Then, there's the deep-orange marginal band with diffuse white streaks and the diffuse white slashes on the front of the tentacles... I can't find a convincing match for it with a quick pass through Newman or Ryanskiy. Nice worm! :-)

I was not able to find a match on the Newman and Cannon CD either. It does bear some resemblance to the quite variable Pseudocerotid C, but that wide and very distinct marginal band is clearly different. Nice find Karolle!
