ID from Newman & Cannon CD, where this photo appears. This is a
small worm, with max size about 12mm / 1/2 in. "Background body
colour brown, with cream to yellow-green median stripe with transverse
branches in yellow-green with white borders. Irregular yellow-green
spots with white borders may be scattered around median area. Margin
wide, orange."
Known from
scattered locations from South Africa to Hawai`i.
Very similar to Pseudoceros
scintillatus. DNA studies may be required to confirm that they
are truly separate species.
