Cory describes this as "an elongate white worm of uncertain affinity." It superficially resembles Leptoplanid sp. 1 on the Newman & Cannon CD, but close examination of the full resolution photo does not show the required eye spots. It can stretch out like a cestoplanid; perhaps that's what it is.
